2. Execution partners
Projects are executed and processed through our associate partners — MNRE Registered Vendor BLUE WAVES INNOVATION and Installation Partner SOLAR HUB. DCR / subsidy-project invoices are currently issued by BLUE WAVES INNOVATION; non-DCR project invoices by SOLAR HUB. The invoicing entity, applicable taxes and documentation responsibilities are confirmed in the project agreement.
3. Calculator and sizing PDF
Calculator capacity, panel count, roof area, savings, screen budget and payback are indicative only, not a binding quotation. P-Type, N-Type, bifacial and HJT panel prices vary by brand, specifications and availability; the screen budget uses a general system-type benchmark, not a confirmed technology-specific price. Downloaded sizing PDFs and WhatsApp enquiries omit project price and price-based payback. Final quotations require WeSUN Energy review and price confirmation. Actual results depend on site survey, roof orientation, shading, tariff, components and weather.
4. Subsidy disclaimer
PM Surya Ghar central subsidy and Tamil Nadu State top-up amounts follow prevailing government rules and may change. Eligibility, approval and disbursal are decided solely by the authorities; we assist with the process but do not guarantee approval or timelines.
5. Quotations, payment and warranty
Final pricing, scope, payment schedule and timelines are defined in the signed project agreement. Panel, inverter and product warranties are as per manufacturer terms; workmanship warranty is as stated in the agreement. Manufacturer coverage, duration, exclusions and claim procedures vary by selected model. We assist with eligible warranty applications but do not extend or guarantee manufacturer coverage.
6. Brand names
Manufacturer names and logos shown are trademarks of their respective owners, displayed for product reference only. Their display does not imply official partnership or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
Illustrative content and customer feedback
Current solar gallery and cover images are sample illustrations, not completed WeSUN Energy installations. Actual designs depend on site conditions and the agreed scope. Customer feedback is not automatically published; genuine feedback is verified and published only with customer permission.

Sending an enquiry does not constitute a job offer, appointment or business agreement. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
