1. Information we collect

• Details you submit: name, mobile number, district/city, electricity bill range, installation type, preferred survey date and time.
• Messages you send via our chat assistant, WhatsApp, email or phone, including career and business enquiries.
• Calculator inputs used to prepare an estimate (these stay in your browser unless you choose to share them).

2. Purpose of use

We use your data only to respond to your enquiry, conduct site surveys, prepare quotations, assist with subsidy and net metering applications, deliver installation and after-sales service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

3. Consent

By submitting a form or contacting us, you consent to being contacted by phone, WhatsApp or email about your request. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Sharing

Where required to complete your project, details may be shared with our execution partners (BLUE WAVES INNOVATION and SOLAR HUB), government portals (PM Surya Ghar), the electricity distribution company (TNPDCL) and financing partners you choose. Shared data is limited to what is necessary.

5. Third-party services

We use secure hosting, WhatsApp and an AI chat assistant to serve you. Please avoid sharing sensitive information (such as bank or Aadhaar numbers) in chat.

6. Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Data is retained only as long as needed for service, warranty and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or raise a grievance, by emailing connect@wesunenergy.com or calling +91 86675 78828. We aim to respond within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new date.
